中共正在研究“腦控”
〈林保華專欄〉兩百多條人命 中共的小case
每年三月初北京召開政協與人大的全國大會，提出新一年的施政方針。雖然這是鸚鵡學舌與橡皮圖章的大會，但還是會釋出若干訊息，所以仍是外界關注的焦點。
兩會前夕，昆明發生傷亡一百多人的血案，官方判定是維吾爾人的「分裂主義」行為。由於政府工作報告早已印好，無法修改，因此總理李克強只能臨時脫稿表示強烈譴責與沉痛哀悼。
但是新疆衛生廳塔塔爾族的副廳長伊爾扎提．扎達在政協小組發言中說，民族政策不應該是「一群羊是一條鞭，一隻羊也是一條鞭」，而應區別對待。把少數民族比作是共產黨皮鞭底下的一群羊，是菁英失言，還是內心的不滿？
大會期間，馬航一架客機離奇失蹤，因為有兩百多條人命，不但家屬大慟，許多國家也很關心，除了東南亞國家，連美國也介入追尋事件真相。由於飛行目的地是北京，大半乘客是中國人，中國理應最關心，但因為「兩會」是頭等大事，兩百多條人命只是小case，所以中國表現「冷靜」，不但沒有好好協助家屬，還對全國做出如下部署：
當天中央台「兩會」直播嘉賓、清華大學專職研究員周慶安表示：「這是一個非常好的展現外交能力的機會」。利用兩百多條人命作外交秀，令人髮指！中宣部更發出通知要求：一，各媒體依據中國民航和新華社通稿報導，不得引用其他來源稿件；二，對事件不分析、不評論、不猜測；三，不擅自採訪乘客家屬，不挑動不滿情緒；四，網管部門及時刪除攻擊性資訊和網上謠言；五，各媒體繼續加大兩會宣傳報導力度。
皮鞭與欺騙還不能全部控制人腦，因此前國家主席劉少奇的兒子、共軍總後勤部政委劉源上將受訪時承認，中國正在進行「腦控」的研究，「腦控是我們的機密項目，更多情況無可奉告」。該報導出來不久即被全面封刪。
「兩會」期間，以前是黃沙蔽日，現在是陰霾鎖城，中國大部分地區的老百姓都被納入「毒氣室」，能否導致「腦殘」不得而知。所幸老天有眼，開幕的那兩天北京出現藍天，民間的解讀是：全國能說的、能吹的全到北京來了，陰霾能不吹走嗎？
對環保問題，中共常常顯得有氣無力，但對人腦的控制，排名可能僅次於北韓而居於全球第二位，可是還是漏洞百出，尤其出現電腦網路以後。因此中共也企圖利用高科技控制人腦，不但精神上控制，還要肉體上控制，才能維持中共的「長治久安」。
把人類馴化成為「會說話的機器」，一向是中共的長項，別認為這種反人性的研究不會成功，假如自由世界繼續姑息的話。馬總統居然要與這樣的國家統一，是否早被中共「腦控」了？（作者林保華為資深時事評論員，http://blog.pixnet.net/LingFengComment）

World events reflect Taiwan’s risks

This year has already proved to be very strange. Three major international news events have occurred that should cause Taiwanese to think deeply about their future.
The first is the incident surrounding a Hong Kong newspaper, the Ming Pao. In early January, Kevin Lau (劉進圖), the paper’s editor-in-chief, was relieved of his duties. Most people in the industry believed this was because Ming Pao’s new owner, Malaysian media tycoon Tiong Hiew King (張曉卿), was trying to please authorities in China. The paper’s staff opposed the change and people outside the paper supported them.
However, Tiong did not change his decision to replace Lau and merely found a replacement editor to cool things down momentarily. By the time the new editor took over late last month, Lau had been stabbed on the streets of Hong Kong and ended up in a hospital fighting for his life.
Fifty-two years ago, Mao Zedong (毛澤東) said: “Anyone wanting to overthrow a political regime must create public opinion and do some preparatory ideological work.”
The Ming Pao is Hong Kong’s most credible newspaper and as journalistic credibility in the territory as a whole is regressing, it remains a source that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) seeks to control.
This was not just a personal attack against Lau; it was also an act of oppression against dissent within Hong Kong’s entire media industry, saying: If we cannot do it by peaceful means, we will resort to outright violence.
Eliminating Taiwan’s pro-localization elites — including the media — required the 228 Massacre. Will a similar atrocity happen in Hong Kong? Will Taiwan see a second 228 Massacre?
The second group of notable events is the ongoing conflicts between Uighurs and Han Chinese in China’s far western region of Xinjiang. While some questions still surround the Kunming train station attack on March 1, Chinese authorities claim to be certain that the perpetrators were Uighurs. Uighur resistance to the CCP’s cruel oppression is often aimed at the Chinese police and government officials, but in the heat of the moment it is often difficult to avoid having an effect on civilians.
Before the Kunming attack, riots broke out in the capital of Xinjiang, Urumqi, in July 2009, and in October last year, an attack occurred in Tiananmen Square that was described as a terrorist suicide attack. However, these few incidents are nothing compared with how the CCP has indifferently butchered Uighurs.
Now that Beijing has “reclaimed” Hong Kong and discarded the idea of “one country, two systems,” Hong Kong is set to follow in the footsteps of Xinjiang. Xinjiang was sinicized before Hong Kong, but in the same way. Will Taiwan first be turned into a second Hong Kong and then into a second Xinjiang?
The third thing worthy of attention is the current relationship between Ukraine and Russia, since it is somewhat similar to the relationship between Taiwan and China. Since the dissolution of the Soviet Union, Ukraine has been trying to move away from Moscow and closer to Western Europe. This ongoing process has led to bloodshed recently.
Pro-Russia Ukrainian former president Viktor Yanukovych was forced to flee Ukraine and try to set up a political presence elsewhere and Russia has sent troops and is inciting Ukraine-ruled Crimea to become independent. Russia could then also incite the eastern part of Ukraine, which is mostly populated by ethnic Russians, to make moves toward independence to split western and eastern Ukraine.

民傷亡是不爭的事實，這是非常不幸的種族衝突事件。無論如何，把仇恨
發洩到平民身上是錯誤的。我們必須反對這種暴力行為；但是中共的國家
恐怖主義行為更是必須受到譴責，正是中共幾十年來的國家恐怖主義行為
，才導致這次的慘案。可以說，這次事件的不幸受難者，正是中共多年來
錯誤的新疆政策的代罪羔羊。

DPP must solve its problems first

Taiwan’s two-party politics can be seen in the interactions between the Chinese Nationalist Party (KMT) and the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP). The two parties represent different interest groups and this is reflected in the nation’s political situation and has a bearing on its future prospects.
Last month, Steve Wang (王思為), an assistant professor in the Institute of European Studies at Nanhua University, published a thought-provoking article (“Public’s voice lost in China relations,” Jan. 17, page 8). He said that China’s “next step will definitely be to use compradors to directly influence the decisions made in politics in order to complete the last stage of their [unification] plan. This begs the question of whether the public should prepare to welcome in an era characterized by comprador politics?”
Although Wang does not mention names, it is mainly a group of compradors within the KMT who are using KMT-Chinese Communist Party (CCP) cooperation to monopolize Taiwan’s China policies to further their own economic and political interests. They have been diluting Taiwan’s political and economic sovereignty and continue to do so.
Just look at how Mainland Affairs Council Minister Wang Yu-chi (王郁琦) and former vice president Lien Chan (連戰) are falling over each other to visit China.
In the 1926 work Analysis of the Classes in Chinese Society, former Chinese leader Mao Zedong (毛澤東) said that the big comprador class “always side[s] with imperialism and constitute[s] an extreme counterrevolutionary group.”
The rising China is an imperialist power that wants to annex Taiwan. It is following Mao’s teachings by breeding a comprador class in Taiwan that seems to include economic and political compradors. The economy will of course benefit politics, just as politics will benefit the economy. What they have in common is that they bow their head and call Beijing “boss,” as they are integrating Taiwan within the Chinese autocratic framework.
It is time that the 70 percent of the population who support independence and identify as Taiwanese open their eyes and realize that they can under no circumstances vote for this group and their comrades.
Small-scale farmers are self-reliant workers who have made a huge contribution to society, but saying that someone has a “peasant mentality” is derogatory. Taiwan has not been an industrialized country for very long, so the “peasant mentality” remains as a hangover from Chinese traditions of the past.
The DPP is a local party that grew from the grassroots level. It mainly represents the interests of the working class, but if it is not careful to improve its own democratic culture, it will be dragged down by its “peasant mentality.” This mentality manifests itself mainly in a lack of the breadth of mind and outlook of an industrialized society, and the result is a myopic outlook that focuses first on the individual and the family, followed by the faction and the party, and only then the country — rather than the other way around.
The main difference between a peasant mentality and an anti-democratic and anti-revolutionary outlook is that a peasant mentality is selfish. If this selfishness is not changed, the DPP’s appetite will grow and they will sink lower, to the point where it starts competing with the compradors.
The seven-in-one local elections in November will be yet another test for pan-green unity, so the DPP must stop its infighting, which only helps the compradors.
